These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the digital products offered by Julie Reynolds LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") on our website juliereynolds.com ("Site"). 1. Digital Products
Our digital products include, but are not limited to, the YouTube Academy For Network Marketers, training modules, webinar replays, templates, and community access ("Products"). All Products are provided for personal, noncommercial use unless otherwise specified.
2. Purchase and Payment
Purchase: By purchasing a Product, you agree to pay the specified price for that Product as listed on our Site.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and flexible payment plans via Klarna.
Taxes: Prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees that may be incurred.
3. Delivery and Access
Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Product via email and an automated login to our course portal.
Access: You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Product for personal use only.
4. Refund Policy (30-Day Action Guarantee)
We stand behind our products. For the YouTube Academy For Network Marketers, we offer a 30-Day "Prove Me Wrong" Action Guarantee.
To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have implemented the system. You must go through the course modules and upload at least ONE optimized video to YouTube using the frameworks taught inside the program. If you complete this action and still do not feel you received 10X the value of your investment, you may email our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with a link to your channel/video to request a full refund.
Refunds requested without proof of action, or outside of the 30-day window, will not be granted.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with Julie Reynolds LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Products (including course videos, PDFs, and funnel templates) without our explicit permission.
6. User Obligations
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
7. Earnings Disclaimer
No Guarantee of Income: The information provided on juliereynolds.com is for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding your potential earnings, rank advancements, or downline growth.
